Meet Jeff     -  Moving to a new area, buying a new house, or selling that special home; Jeff has experienced the adventures of doing

all of these things. Jeff may be a “Sussex boy” but his travels, education,

and work experience have enabled Jeff to understand the special concerns

and needs of relocating.

         Jeff has 30 years of residential and commercial development experience. He purchased his first investment property at the age of 23. At the age of 34 , Jeff and his family moved to Toronto and purchased a house so that Jeff could continue his education. Jeff understands uprooting family memories for a new experience. Jeff’s greatest comfort was finding an excellent realtor; someone who understood what the Fuller family wanted and what they could afford.  Jeff wants you to have that same reassurance.

           Jeff had the pleasure of working in a very unique industry. Jeff was a golf course designer / builder for 20 years. The travel and separation from family eventually became too much of   burden so Jeff has focused fully on property sales and    

development in Sussex.  Jeff has also been a partner

in a commercial development company and actually           

designed the renovation of an old car dealership to

create “Baird’s Plaza”, a landmark in Sussex. Jeff has also

been a major partner in a residential development. Along

the way, Jeff studied French for 2 years at Universite de

Moncton to better serve his clients.

          How do Jeff’s design and development skills benefit you? Quite frankly, regardless of the “price tag”, it is all about value. Are Jeff’s customers going to receive maximum benefits; the best property for the best price? Absolutely!! If you are selling a property, do you want to receive the highest return? Absolutely!!  With integrity, both are possible.
